Getting everyone in the car and to piano on time, every week, is a lot.
I'm Kaleb, and I teach in-home piano lessons in NWA. Weekly lessons start in January 2027. First lessons are Nov 28–29, $20.
- $20 first lesson
- From $160/month
- Ages 7 and up
What I've learned
Most kids who quit piano didn't stop liking it. They stopped practicing.
I teach 40+ students a week, and I see the same few things happen over and over:
- Life gets busy. Parents are busy, kids are busy, and getting to lessons every week gets hard.
- Home doesn't match the lesson. Kids learn on the teacher's piano, then go home to a keyboard that looks and feels different, and they get confused.
- It gets hard. Piano isn't all fun. It takes work, and that's usually when practice stops.
So I teach at your house, on the piano your kid actually practices on. There's no drive, and what they learn in the lesson is exactly what they sit down to at home. When it gets hard, we work toward goals and songs they picked, so they have a reason to push through.
How I teach
- The lesson book
The foundation. Reading music, rhythm, technique. Every student works through it.
- Goals
We set something to work toward every few weeks, so they can see themselves getting better.
- Songs they pick
Every student is also learning something they chose. That's what keeps the book from burning them out.
Lessons are 30 or 60 minutes. If you have more than one kid, I can do them back to back. You're always welcome to sit in.
The first lesson is 30 minutes for $20. I'll see where they're at and we'll talk about what they want to learn. No pressure to sign up after.

About me
I started playing piano about 8 years ago and haven't stopped since. I've played in bands around Central Arkansas, and I write and produce my own music.
I teach 40+ students a week right now, from 7-year-olds to adults in their 50s.
I also own Hookd Creative. I'm building a creative studio space for musicians and creators in Little Rock, I'm in the Venture Center's Spark! program, and I got to talk about it on THV11's The Vine.
For lessons, it's just me. I'm the one teaching, scheduling, and answering your texts.

Join the waitlist
It's free and you're not signing up for anything yet. Waitlist families hear from me first, get first pick of lesson times, and don't pay the $40 enrollment fee.
First-lesson weekend is Saturday and Sunday, November 28–29. I'm doing $20 first lessons and there's about 10 spots. Waitlist families get them first.
Questions parents ask
Does a parent need to be home?
Preferred, but not required. You're always welcome to sit in.
Do we need a real piano?
A real piano is great. An 88-key keyboard with weighted keys and a sustain pedal works too. If you're shopping for one, ask me first and I'll point you in the right direction.
What days do you teach in my city?
Mondays in Fayetteville and Springdale, Thursdays in Rogers and Bentonville, and some Saturdays. I'm just getting started up here, so I'm flexible. Just ask.
What ages do you teach?
7 and up. Total beginners, kids who already play, and adults too.
When do lessons start?
Weekly lessons start in January 2027. Waitlist families hear from me first and get first pick of times.
How does paying work?
After the first lesson, you sign up for a monthly plan through Square. It charges automatically each month, so there's nothing to keep track of.
